Bring 2 clean towels, one to sit on inside the sauna

Swimwear mandatory, no nudity

No jewellery, as it may heat up and burn the skin
-
Hair can be damaged by heat, please tie up long hair
-
Avoid eating 1-2 hours before the sauna, as you may feel nauseous

Do not apply any skin creams or lotions before entering the sauna, similarly, no dry skin brushing in the sauna
-
Wash sand off feet before entering sauna
-
Do not touch any part of the stove, stove stones, nor cover the stove with anything
-
Be careful when moving around inside the sauna, as the benches and floor may be slippery
-
Only use sauna water on stove stones. Do not throw water on the stove stones when others are near the stove, as the steam may burn their skin

No eating and no alcoholic beverages in the sauna. Water bottles are allowed.

Do not stay too long in the sauna. Know your limits. We recommend a cold dip or stroll outside of the sauna every 5-15 minutes. Alternating between hot and cold will heighten the senses, rejuvenating you and enhancing your sauna experience

If you start to feel unwell, dizzy, lightheaded, or nauseous please exit the sauna immediately, and inform us so that we can help you to recover

After your sauna make sure you rehydrate and drink plenty of water

Immerse yourself and enjoy the sauna!!!

Your must NOT use the sauna if you:

Uncontrolled high or low blood pressure

Uncontrolled heart or circulatory disorders

Epilepsy

Diabetes
-
Pregnant
-
Prone to dizziness or fainting

Under the age of 18 years old

Under the influence of alcohol
