Sweat to Health
Indulge in our rejuvenating sauna sessions to detoxify your body, relax your mind, and revitalise your spirit. Shared with up to 8 people creating community and connection. Our expertly designed sauna experience offers a blend of heat therapy and natural surroundings, providing a serene escape from the everyday hustle.

Prices are per seat. Groups are welcome to reserve all 8 spaces if exclusive use of the sauna is desired.
Private Klys Coastal Sauna Hire
Quality Time with family & friends
Create a memorable experience for friends and family by hiring Klys Coastal Sauna. Bespoke private hire for weekends away, events, family gatherings or team bonding.

Focusing on the relaxation and health benefits following an adventure packed time on the Isle of Wight. Promote your recovery whilst healing the mind, body and soul.

Booking 2 months in advance. Staff member present during hire to ensure safe sauna use. Flexible 5 hour hire between 10am-5pm Friday-Sunday. For alternative dates please use Contact Us to make requests.

Pilates & Klys Coastal Sauna
Heal & Recharge
Experience a 60 minute mat-based Pilates class led by our APPI Pilates Instructor (Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute) held on the beach, and immerse yourself in the coastal beauty. Followed by a 60 minute Klys communal sauna session to recover and recharge. Embracing the rising steam and the benefits of sauna.
